Good food and atmosphere. Nice owner and staff!

My husband took me there for my birthday. My sister and her friend drove up from Michigan City, IN to join us. When we walked in, we we're met by the strong odor of bleach. It was so bad, we asked for a different place to sit. We were seated in another room where it wasn't as bad. The menu had some great looking food. After a long wait, the food was served. My homemade chicken and wild rice soup came from a can. It was obvious from the taste. My sister barely ate any of her sandwich. Her friend and my hubby ate most of their meals, but only because they were starving. Waitress kept apologizing for everything. Disappointed, we won't return.
